2 Hour Yoga Nidra For Insomnia: Sound Healing For Deep Sleep

This special 2 hour Yoga Nidra meditation offers relief from the stressors of insomnia. A 40 minute sleep talk down, including a relaxing body scan, is followed by 80 minutes of sound healing music that is specifically designed to calm anxiety and promote deep restorative sleep. This particular guided meditation is inspired by Sarovara Yoga with Ally Boothroyd, incorporating a modified Yoga Nidra technique to induce deep, unconscious sleep & alleviating stress caused by insomnia. This technique differs slightly from standard Non-Sleep Deep Rest forms of Yoga Nidra, since there is no intention to maintain trace awareness. Use this meditation if you want to drift off to sleep with peace and ease.
