This meditation is inspired by the appearance of radiant sunshine on a cold, snowy day at Lake Tahoe on February 15, 2025. This meditation’s theme of “sensing opposites” is designed to help you hold different sensations simultaneously (left/right, cold/warm.) As you witness this duality, you embody bilateral sensations equally. The practice of this technique helps you to let go of attachment to only one sensation or experience, building emotional resiliency and a deeper understanding of your inner equanimity.
